Where is my order?

Standard UK delivery is 3–4 business days (Express 1–2). Use our Track Order page with your tracking number or Order # + Email.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us ASAP. After dispatch, we’ll request a courier intercept where possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if it hasn’t shipped yet. Once shipped, you can refuse delivery or request a return after it arrives.

What are your shipping times & costs?

UK Standard: 3–4 business days (Free). Express: 1–2 days (£7.99). See our Shipping Policy.

My tracking hasn’t updated.

Tracking can take 12–24h to refresh after dispatch. If no update after 48h, message us and we’ll check with the courier.

What is your return policy?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery for help with a return. Items should be in original condition with all accessories.

How long do refunds take?

Once inspected and approved, refunds post back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes—coverage applies to manufacturing defects. We’ll help with troubleshooting and, if needed, a repair or replacement.

My payment failed—what should I do?

Check card details, address match, and available funds. Try another method or contact your bank to approve the transaction.
